Here at Nearing Total Heath we offer Gentle Flow Yoga with Vena, Buti Yoga (power yoga) with Tiffany and Kate, Hot Core (HIIT with core work, yoga flow, deep stretching, and savasana) with Rachel, and Qigong (gentle ancient Chinese healing art which incorporates breathing techniques with slow meditative movements) with Matt.
